About the Farm

At Frux Farm, we are passionate about cultivating the freshest and most flavorful garlic and potent herbs. We are a small family-owned farm, nestled in the in the heart of the Pacific Northwest, founded in 2015.

Our mission is to provide our customers with exceptional produce and herbs, grown and harvested with integrity, and farmed with organic practices. Our products are always made in small batches. We take pride in our commitment to sustainable agriculture and hope to bring nourishment and joy from the earth to your home.

We specialize in sustainable and regenerative farming practices. We believe that our food should be grown with love and care, so we focus on producing plants of the highest quality.

We offer evolutionary herbal consultations that promote holistic health and well-being. Who We Are

Alenka Loesch and Michael Kosacki founded Frux Farm to turn mindfully grown crops into handcrafted goods.

Alenka grew up farming, canning, and making mud pies. She is now a Certified Clinical Master Herbalist. She brings her creative and crafty design skills to the farm along with her love for growing herbs and making plant medicine. Her extensive travels and artistic skills inspire her creations at the farm.

Michael brings skills from volunteering, interning and working at a variety of small farms. His German-Estonian mother was an avid gardener who’s sparked his love of all things pickled. Inspired by the beauty of natural systems, he has taken numerous permaculture and soil biology classes.

Hachi is the best farm dog a farmer could dream of.
